"F Is For Foodie" Review (June 17, 2008)
Hull's Kitchen opened last summer and is located across the street from the beach. You can sit out on the porch and look out to the ocean. We shared the fish tacos; fried cod with guacamole, sour cream, and shredded cabbage on a fresh tortilla with limes and a variety of hot sauces (Ms. Foodie recommends the Banana Pepper Hot Sauce!). I've always been a sucker for the baja style tacos so I quite enjoyed these.
We also shared a grilled sandwich of roast beef, pepper and mozzarella with a side of cole slaw. This was an interesting flavor combination and very satisfying. RRR [my friend] even dipped into the cole slaw and she's normally not a fan.
RRR had said there were days when she's driven by and it was busy and other times it is empty. I sure hope Hull's Kitchen survives in the tough restaurant market... I'm rooting for ya!

"Chowhound" Review #1 (August 3, 2007)
Finally made it to Hull's Kitchen! Very enjoyable experience all around. The view from the covered porch yesterday at 7pm was AMAZING! I had the fish tacos and a fresh Sam Adams (bottle). The tacos were good -- the owners were extremely friendly and pleasant. I will go back to try more... Shrimp tacos w/ guac sounded good too!
I've had Rubio's, El Pelon, Picco version of fish tacos before--these yesterday were almost as good ;)
But the atmosphere at Hull's Kitchen blew all of those away!

"Chowhound" Review #2 (July 19, 2007)
Last weekend I headed to Nantasket Beach in Hull, which I heard was dreadfully cheesy but I found a great little place with Fish Tacos rivaling La Verdad’s. I think Ken Oringer is amazing and this new find, Hull’s Kitchen, seems to have found his recipe. The fish is beer battered and cleanly fried right while you wait. They are topped with cabbage and a dollop of guacamole, served with lime. They were perfect.
Enjoy the tacos on the covered porch overlooking the ocean... It was wonderful.
